01

Scope and current service

This Privacy Policy explains how Social Post AI handles information when you visit aisocialmediapostgenerators.com, use a generator, or contact us. The current service can be tried without creating an account. If accounts, subscriptions, uploads, or additional integrations are introduced, this policy will be updated before those features become generally available.

Social Post AI is intended for a general business and creator audience. It is not directed to children, and users should not submit information about children through prompts or support messages unless they are authorized and the information is genuinely necessary.

02

Information you provide

You may provide prompt text, tone selections, feedback, and messages sent to our support email. Prompt text can contain whatever a user chooses to enter, so avoid personal information and confidential material. Support email can include your email address, name, organization, message content, and attachments.

If paid plans are introduced, payment information may be handled by a payment provider. We would not need to receive full card numbers directly, but may receive transaction identifiers, billing status, plan information, and limited customer details needed to operate the subscription.

03

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested URL, referring page, timestamps, and diagnostic events. This information supports delivery, abuse prevention, reliability, and troubleshooting. We aim to use aggregated or limited data where it can meet the same purpose.

If analytics or cookies beyond what is necessary for the service are added, we will describe their purpose and provide controls where required. We do not currently claim that the site uses no logs, because infrastructure providers may create operational records needed to serve and protect the site.

04

How information is used

Information may be used to provide requested output, maintain the site, respond to messages, investigate errors, prevent misuse, understand aggregate feature performance, meet legal obligations, and protect users or the service. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer traits or target vulnerable people.

Processing grounds depend on context and jurisdiction and may include providing a requested service, legitimate interests in security and improvement, consent where required, and compliance with law. We do not retain information simply because it might be useful someday.

05

Service providers, transfers, and retention

We may rely on hosting, security, analytics, email, payment, and AI infrastructure providers. They receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their role and are expected to handle it under appropriate contractual or legal obligations. Processing may occur in countries other than your own; where required, suitable transfer safeguards should be used.

Retention depends on purpose. Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for reliability, security, and legal obligations. Support correspondence may be retained while a request is active and for a reasonable recordkeeping period. Future account data would generally remain until deletion or expiration, subject to backups and required records.

06

Your choices and rights

You may choose not to include personal information in a prompt, limit cookies through browser settings, or stop using the service. Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. Some rights have exceptions, and we may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request.

Send privacy requests to [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject. Include the relevant email or account identifier but do not send identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are needed. You may also have the right to complain to a local data protection authority.

07

Security, changes, and contact

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to an early-stage web service, but no internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure. The Security page explains our current approach and reporting channel. Users should avoid submitting secrets and should report suspected problems promptly.

We may update this policy when data practices, providers, features, or laws change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated in a proportionate way. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
